Many of you have had questions about the ability to transfer to another school to complete your program.  The College Administration will be working over the next several weeks to try and set-up teach out provisions with the colleges listed in the original announcement.  As we have more information by program, we will notify you of the options available to you. 

To ensure we are able to communicate with you, if your contact information has changed or if you are unsure what is on file with the college please email you current phone number, personal email and address to the Records Department (email below). In the Subject line put your name- Contact Information.

Dear Students:

We have received inquiries about your summer schedules. Please know schedules are in the works and they will be posted by the first week of June for the Summer Quarter. 

In addition, many of you know that the graduation ceremony originally scheduled for June has been cancelled due to lack of participation. We only had twenty-five students respond by the time we needed to secure the venue. However, due to overwhelming interest you expressed in the last day since that communication went out, we are working on some alternative options and/or dates for late summer or early fall. This will allow more of you to walk due to summer quarter graduates. If you have ordered your cap and gown, please hang on to it as we work out a date so as many of you as possible can participate. As soon as we know more, we will let you know.

We are excited to announce our partnership with ID123 and begin the launch of our new DIGITAL NC ID Cards!  You have already received an email from “Digital ID Card App”  

This e-mail is NOT Spam or Junk- it is your unique (specific to you only) link to access the template for your new NC Student ID Card.   It will look like the below:

Having the NC digital ID will be mandatory to obtain entry to campus starting July 1, 2021 prior to the start of the summer term.
